Founder, Director & Finance and Mortgage Broker
Tom Piscioneri is the Founder, Director and a Finance & Mortgage Broker at G&T Finance. Since 2010, Tom has helped clients across Australia with their home lending needs — from first home buyers and growing families upgrading into their next home, through to seasoned investors building a property portfolio and homeowners refinancing for a better deal. Over more than a decade in the industry he has assisted hundreds of clients, earning a reputation as a well-respected and trusted figure among his peers.
Tom's own property journey began at just 19, when he bought his first property — an experience that shapes the way he works with clients today, combining genuine, straightforward advice with sharp finance strategy. He believes the best outcomes start with listening and takes the time to understand each client's goals before mapping out the right lending solution, whether that's a home loan, commercial finance, business loan, or car and asset finance.
A husband and father himself, Tom understands what's at stake when a family makes one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and is committed to making the process feel genuine, transparent and stress-free from start to finish.

Gemma Piscioneri is a Director and Finance & Mortgage Broker at G&T Finance, which she co-founded and runs alongside her husband, Tom. Gemma's reputation precedes her in Perth, where she is known as one of the most experienced finance professionals and one of the few brokers you can tap into for genuine, insider-level guidance on your own personal finance needs.
Gemma began her career in banking in Australia in 2008 and has spent the 18 years since working across some of the country's largest financial institutions, including Bankwest and NAB, before moving into senior leadership including State Manager for WA at P&N Bank and, ultimately, Head of Retail across P&N and BCU Bank, overseeing more than 200 retail staff. That depth of banking experience means Gemma understands how banks think and what they look for, and she puts that insight to work positioning every client's application for the best possible outcome.
In 2026 Gemma was named among the mortgage industry's Elite Women, in recognition of the standard of customer experience she has delivered across every portfolio she has managed. She is also a passionate advocate for women in finance, using her platform to support professional women navigating their own property finance decisions.
Finance and Mortgage Broker
Tamara Frost is a Finance & Mortgage Broker at G&T Finance, with over a decade of banking and lending experience across the Rockingham and Mandurah region. Originally from Esperance, WA, Tamara has been trusted by thousands of customers over this time and has a proven track record of turning people with a goal of owning property into homeowners.
Tamara's experience spans the full spectrum of home lending, from first home buyer benefits through to property investment, construction loans and refinancing to help clients achieve their financial goals. She has built particularly strong relationships with FIFO workers, mining employees and Defence force personnel, understanding the unique lending challenges these clients can face.
Known for her caring nature and unwavering passion for client satisfaction, Tamara guides every client through the process step by step, taking the stress out of what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming decision. When she's not helping clients into their next home, you'll find Tamara out exploring Western Australia with her black Labrador, Luna.

Michelle Garrett brings a wealth of experience to the G&T Finance team, having spent over 30 years in personal and business banking and holding her own credit licence for 21 years.
Michelle decided to join G&T Finance because she felt the team could offer her clients a younger viewpoint and a larger support network - something she believes her clients will find invaluable as they navigate their own lending journey. With decades of hands-on experience across owner-occupied loans, first home buyers, bridging finance and investment properties, as well as business and commercial lending, Michelle takes a patient, personal approach and genuinely welcomes every question, preferring to sit down with clients in person wherever she can.
Assisting clients move forward in life by getting them into a comfortable financial position gives Michelle the greatest satisfaction, knowing that they can relax and enjoy life. She prides herself on customer satisfaction and loves to hear from clients as they continue moving forward.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her five grandchildren and three dogs, and of course going on holidays, whether it be local in her caravan or abroad with family.

Absolutely! Self employed borrowers are one of our specialties. We will work with you and your accountant where possible, to find the right solution and help you achieve your financial goals.
For most loans we are paid by the lender and not by our customer. We will on some occasions charge a credit assistance fee and this will be advised to you up-front. All lender fees are disclosed up-front in your loan contracts.
