Tom Piscioneri is a Finance & Mortgage Broker and the Founder of G&T Finance. Since 2010 Tom has been helping clients with their home lending needs. In this time he has helped hundreds of customers across the country into their first home, upgrade their home, invest in property or refinance to get a better deal.
Both authentic and strategic, Tom Piscioneri has a wealth of experience in giving his clients great advice to achieve their goals. Guiding clients to success through listening and applying his industry knowledge is what keeps him coming back for more.
Tom offers a full range of finance solutions including home and commercial finance, personal loans, car and asset finance and business loans.
A husband and father, a property investor from the age of 19 and a respected leader in the industry. Along with Tom’s drive to help more clients achieve home ownership is his pursuit to ensure every client receives an authentic experience and that is what G&T Finance is built on.
Tamara Frost is a Finance & Mortgage Broker at G&T Finance. She has over a decade of banking and lending experience across the Rockingham and Mandurah region. Trusted by thousands of customers over this time she has a proven track record of turning people with a goal to own property into homeowners. She has an extensive range of experience from first home buyer benefits to property investment and achieving financial goals through refinancing.
Tamara brings specialist knowledge and experience for FIFO and mining workers and Defence force employees through her relationships and history working with clients in these industries.
Tamara comes from Esperance and loves spending her spare time exploring WA and enjoying the beaches with her beautiful black lab, Luna. Caring, knowledgeable and extremely passionate for delivering a great experience for her clients, Tamara Frost will ensure your home ownership journey is a smooth one and will be there every step of the way.
A reputation that precedes her in Perth, there are few finance professionals in the country with the experience and CV of Gemma and even less that you can tap into for your own personal finance needs. First starting in banking in Australia in 2008, Gemma has worked across Australia in banking and lending roles through to executive roles, known in the industry for delivering on the highest standards of customer experience for her clients across the portfolios she has managed.
Moving to Perth from the UK at 18, Gemma understands the needs of expats and how vital financial confidence is whether it be buying your first home, your first home in this country or growing your wealth through property. She has specialist knowledge in assisting clients in the professional and emergency services through years of managing portfolios of clients in these fields.
When she isn't working you'll probably find Gemma with a cocktail or two by the pool with her family. Gemma's passion for her clients will ensure you walk away with more than a home loan, through better money management and a long term commitment to ensuring you too can achieve your goals.

For most loans we are paid by the lender and not by our customer. We will on some occasions charge a credit assistance fee and this will be advised to you up-front. All lender fees are disclosed up-front in your loan contracts.
